From £59 per surveyor to multi-office national plans
All SurveyDock Core modules are included in every plan, priced on team size. Firm-wide agreements come with a single invoice and a named account contact.
Can we roll this out across multiple offices?+–
Yes. Offices are a first-class object: per-office reporting, drafting and issuing offices printed on the PDF when one branch surveys for another, and admin roles scoped per office or firm-wide.
How does Director sign-off work?+–
A surveyor submits an RCA and nominates an approver. Directors get their own queue with comments and a send-back-for-changes flow. Reports stay locked until approved, and any early preview is watermarked DRAFT on every page. Director approval is included on the Practice and Enterprise plans.
What happens to our data if we leave?+–
An admin can export the whole account at any time, from inside SurveyDock — every assessment, survey, client record, figure and photograph, as CSV and JSON, with the format publicly documented. No support ticket and no charge. Clause 7 of the Terms of Service makes that a contractual commitment, and keeps the account reachable for 30 days after you leave so you can still export it.
Do surveyors need an app installed on site?+–
No. SurveyDock runs in the browser on iPhone, iPad, Android and desktop, so there are no device restrictions or per-device licences. A native iOS app is coming soon.
How much setup is involved for a larger team?+–
Less than you'd expect. You can create your company and start surveying in minutes. For a firm-wide rollout we help you configure offices, roles and approval routes, set up your branded PDF templates, and run training sessions for surveyors, Directors and admins.
