About SurveyDock

SurveyDock exists because the software commercial surveyors are given tends to fail them in the same two ways: it only works on the devices the vendor blesses, and it treats the practice's own data as the vendor's property.

We build the other way round. SurveyDock runs in the browser on whatever device is in your hand — iPhone, iPad, Android, desktop — and everything you put into it can be exported easily, whenever you want, because it is yours.

The product is shaped alongside working RICS-qualified commercial surveyors at a national practice. That's why the RCA module follows the real workflow — the cost cascade, Director sign-off, review cycles, drafting and issuing offices — rather than a generic form-builder's idea of one.

We started with Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Schedules of Condition are live alongside them, and Planned Maintenance reporting is coming soon. The roadmap is driven by what surveying teams ask for next.
